Join me for this exciting new and unique series of folkloric North African dance classes and discover a new you! Based on Moroccan street (cha’abi) and Romangi (shikaat) dance, this series of classes will continue into April with lively hip work, shimmies, and gestures to extraordinary, fun and upbeat music!

Classes include movement combinations and mini choreographies plus warm ups and cool downs to develop and strengthen the body in preparation for class. Students also receive much individual attention in class. Cultural context of the dances, their origins and costuming are illuminated with discussion and links to film footage and/or photos. Please feel free to email me with questions.

Students of all ages and levels of ability are encouraged to take the class.

Tuition: $150(+ 2.50 processing fee)
